Orders with a total value equal to or greater than $50 (excluding taxes and discounts) are eligible for free standard shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.

Items that cannot be returned include perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, gift cards, downloadable software, and personalized or customized items (unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival).

Return Process: To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details or photos if necessary.

Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack the item securely, including all original accessories and documentation, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the item back to the designated return address provided by our customer support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
